Tobias Herman
Biography
Tobias Herman is a physicist in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Physical Measurements Laboratory Office of Weights and Measures (OWM), working in the Laboratory Metrology Program. In this role he supports US State legal metrology labs’ uniformity and traceability through training, and audits, to ISO/IEC 17025.
