Dr. Helena Stevens

Dr. Helena Stevens, daughter of a retired Vietnam veteran metrologist, is an associate professor at Bethany Lutheran College with a doctorate in counselor education and supervision. She has been working in the field of education for two decades and specializes in education and learning theory, supervision theory, program evaluation and psychometrics. Her expertise resides in designing standard driven training programs with evidence-based practices. She is the lead test developer for Sine Calibration and supports the education work through consultation. Her research and scholarly work has focused on best practices for educational approaches, responsive testing procedures, and program evaluation of creative methodologies.
