Nick Bates

Nick Bates is an Account Executive at IndySoft. A graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Nick grew up in South Carolina and brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to his work. Prior to transitioning into sales in 2025, he spent nine years as an Implementation Specialist at IndySoft, working closely with customers to deploy and optimize calibration management systems. This hands-on experience gives Nick a strong practical understanding of customer workflows and real-world system adoption. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and fishing.

Mitchell Jones - MSC

Mitchell Jones

Mitchell is a proud U.S. Navy veteran and the Chief Sales Officer for IndySoft, a leader in the calibration management software industry. With 16 years at IndySoft, he brings deep industry expertise and a strong customer-focused approach to advancing metrology technology. Mitchell also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Proficiency Testing, a role he has held for the past two years. A passionate lifelong learner and technology advocate, he holds degrees from the University of Nebraska, Columbia College, Webster University, and Cornell University. Outside of his work in the metrology community, Mitchell enjoys the occasional round of golf and spending time with his wife and two children.
