Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: cancellation requests will receive a courtesy transfer to an upcoming MSC sponsored event within eighteen months of the originally scheduled event.  Alternatively a substitute attendee may use the courtesy transfer. All cancellations requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be provided.
