Ly Phey

Biography

As a scientist at NSWC Corona since 2019, Ly Phey has been at the forefront of several innovative projects. His work includes improving the calculation process for calibration intervals and the reliability of TMDE, modernizing a risk analysis tool into a locally hosted dashboard application using Docker, and developing automated calibration procedures with open-source generative artificial intelligence models.

Ly holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics with an emphasis in Data Science from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Applied Statistics from Cal Poly Pomona.
